A 3-Month Live Experience to Turn Intention into Consistent Action

Designing your life isn’t something you do once a year.

It’s something you return to especially when clarity fades and momentum slips.

The Mindful Life Design Lab is a 3-month live, small-group experience for people who are ready to choose a meaningful direction and finally move forward with it.

This isn’t a class you consume or a webinar you forget. It’s a lab.

You arrive with a real goal or project - something that matters to you but hasn’t fully moved forward yet.

Every other week, you meet live on Zoom with a small group of 10-15 thoughtful, motivated people who are also choosing to show up, speak honestly, and follow through.

Together, you’ll apply insights from psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness - not as theory, but as practical tools to help you turn intention into action, and action into steady momentum.

Each session is paired with a guided workbook designed to help you clarify decisions, track progress, and anchor what you’re learning into daily life.

This is where insight becomes movement.

The Lab is led by Dr. Rebecca Kochenderfer, PhD, author of Mindful Living Made Easy, and is designed to be a space where you can pause, reflect, realign, and intentionally set the direction for what comes next.

When the path is clear and witnessed, momentum begins to build naturally.

Dare to Dream · April 5

Reconnect with the vision or project that matters most right now. This session offers personal guidance to help you refine your direction and move from vague ideas to a clear starting point.

The Corridor Principle: Think Path, Not Goal

Clarity rarely arrives before action. It arrives through it. You’ll explore possible paths and choose one small, repeatable step that creates steady progress without overwhelm.

The Voice in Your Head · May 3

Based on Rebecca’s doctoral research on automatic thoughts, you’ll learn the Notice, Name, Relax, Release (NNRR) method - an emotional regulation practice that builds calm, clarity, and self-trust under pressure.

Training the Subconscious Mind · May 17

Create your personal Life GPS - a visualization practice that helps align your subconscious focus around health, relationships, prosperity, and career.

Inner Journey, Outer Results · May 31

Progress isn’t just what you achieve. It’s who you become. Reflect on the inner qualities you’re strengthening and clarify how you want to continue showing up in your life.

Celebration & Integration · June 14

After three months of staying on path, you’ll pause to reflect on what has shifted. Is this chapter complete, or has a new direction emerged? We close with a visualization designed to clarify your next step.

Dr. Rebecca Kochenderfer, PhD is the creator of the Mindful Life Design Lab and the author of Mindful Living Made Easy, a bestselling book in the U.S., Canada, and Australia.

With a doctorate spanning psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness, she guides people in designing intentional lives through science-based practices that honor both clarity and compassion.
